2. Leave 1/3 Empty
Ayurveda tells about it just a great way: our main snack should consist of 1/3 moisture, 1/3 tough food, and 1/3 must stay empty.
The point is – never make your stomach maximally full.
Eat until you feel you’re just full and then stop. No matter how much food rested on your plate, you’re done. People who have overweight problems often think like “Oh, it’s a shame to go all this food away, I’ll eat it.”

If before you needed 10 minutes to make your stomach full, now you’ll need 20 minutes and you’ll not be completely full but 1/3 will be empty just as it should be. It’s a good invention because you can use it both for walking and running. You can adjust the speed as you like. You don’t need to walk fastly, no need for any exercises, just gentle moving is enough.

I tell you, teas and lemon juice if drunk regularly can make you much much slimmer. An example is my sister who was drinking a cup of detox tea every morning on empty stomach. She was doing it to get rid of acne on her face but in the end, we all were surprised. From 65 kgs she achieved to lose weight to 54 kgs!
And she didn’t complain 😉 Still today, she kept a low weight and looks fantastic. She has been drinking nettle tea and green tea. If you add lemon juice, it’s a great mixture. Pure lemon juice mixed with water is also efficient.
But take care of the time you drink the teas for detox. In the morning on empty stomach is a good solution, we have the example. If not in the morning, the afternoon 3-6 PM is also great because the stomach is the most active in that period. Meaning, the metabolism works the best during these hours helping you to lose weight.
